Using Margo
Margo uses AI to draft character headcanons, missing scenes, what-if branches and character responses under pressure. These are creative writing suggestions, not official canon or professional advice. Do not use Margo for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, infringement, or attempts to bypass limits or disrupt the service.
AI-generated writing and liability
AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive or inconsistent with canon. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, non-infringement or suitability for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output and obtaining any necessary permissions before using, publishing, sharing or relying on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Margo is not liable for losses arising from your use, publication or reliance on AI-generated writing, including indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Violations, suspension and termination
If you violate these terms or misuse the service, we may restrict or suspend access, terminate your account, remove violating content or public share links, and revoke unused Sparks or benefits obtained through abuse or fraud. We consider the severity and repetition of the violation and may act immediately where needed to prevent harm or comply with law. Any paid balance, cancellation or refund is handled under the payment terms and applicable law; suspension does not waive your statutory rights. Report violations or appeal a decision through site feedback or support@headcanon.top; we review the report and take appropriate action.
Accounts and saved results
Google sign-in identifies your account. Keep access secure. Results are stored for your account and remain readable after Sparks expire. A public share link makes the selected result accessible to anyone with the link; do not share private information.
Sparks and subscriptions
Standard generation costs 10 Sparks; rewriting one direction costs 3. Welcome Sparks expire after 7 days, purchased one-time Sparks after 365 days, and each monthly subscription batch after 90 days. Earliest-expiring Sparks are used first. Monthly plans renew automatically when checkout is available. Checkout shows the price and applicable taxes.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal from your account to stop future subscription renewals. Paid Sparks retain their original expiry. Eligible payments offer a refund request in your account; submitting a request does not mean money has been refunded. Provider confirmation determines completion, and only Sparks from the refunded payment are withdrawn. Contact support for payment disputes; applicable rights are not waived.

Feedback is stored so it can be reviewed and handled. Service availability and features may change. Contact support@headcanon.top for account, content, payment or privacy questions.
