Terms of Use

Last updated: March 29, 2026. These terms describe the current public site, generator, Google login flow, and saved generation behavior.

Using the site

You may use Headcanon Generator for personal brainstorming, fandom writing support, prompt exploration, and related creative drafting.

What you may not do

  • Use the site for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity
  • Attempt to break, overload, probe, or interfere with the service
  • Use automated scraping or extraction beyond ordinary browsing
  • Submit material you do not have the right to send for your own use case

AI-generated output

The generator provides creative assistance, not guaranteed truth. Output may be incomplete, repetitive, wrong for the character, wrong for the canon, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing any output before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.

Canon, fandom, and third-party rights

This site does not grant rights in any third-party character, setting, or franchise. If you use copyrighted source material, fandom-specific names, or public IP, you are responsible for that choice and for checking whether your use is allowed.

No promise of availability

The site may change, pause, or disappear without notice. Features can be added, removed, renamed, or reworked as the product evolves.

Saved outputs and history

The current service may store successful generation records on the backend under an anonymous browser session identifier or a logged-in user id. That storage exists to support the product, guest limits, and account linkage, not to guarantee a permanent personal archive.

Login and admin access

Login currently uses Supabase Auth with Google as the only enabled provider. A user account may unlock unlimited generations, but admin access is separate and only available to allowlisted email addresses.

No commercial guarantee

The site does not guarantee that output is unique, copyright-safe, commercially usable, or fit for any professional purpose.

Changes to these terms

If the service adds major new features such as billing or public sharing, these terms should change to match the implementation.
